Farnsworth Group has an immediate opening in our Bloomington, IL office for an HR Coordinator within our Human Resources Department. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to advance their career in the Human Resources field. Qualified candidates will perform a variety of recruiting and human resources related job duties, while working closely with HR Generalists and Recruiters.

Job Activities:

  • Work with hiring managers in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews

  • Assist with checking candidate references

  • Establish and help maintain personnel files

  • Prepare and maintain various HR and Talent Acquisition reports

  • Work closely with HR Generalists, Recruiters, and other internal stakeholders

Job Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field required

  • 3 years of HR Coordinator or related experience preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service experience

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload

  • Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data with confidentiality

  • Broad knowledge of all facets of Human Resources preferred
