Job Description

Role:

-Full-time dedicated to improvement initiatives

-Lead improvement & change projects as Black Belt

-Work at process business management deployment. Work at the development of employee engagement & empowerment in improvement

-Work at SAFRAN way deployment, QRQC deployment

Main Missions & Activities:

-Lead improvement related events including DMAIC, Kaizen, problem solving workshops and Business Process Reengineering

-Coach on ONE SAFRAN and Manufacturing 4.0 projects to get desired result

-Coach GB for their improvement project

-Be improvement partner for operational team

-Perform significant data analysis

-Communicate and transfer best practices, techniques, and tools to peers and other improvement teams

-Accomplish six sigma training program for being able to use six sigma tools and methodology required for the job, like root cause analysis techniques, attribute R&R, gage R&R, Hypothesis test, DOE..etc.

-Work with other department closely to provide lean and six sigma support and make sure appropriate utilization of lean thinking

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering –Technical Field or equivalent experience (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering etc.). Prefer Master's degree

Experienced in operational related role at manufacturing industrial (prefer aerospace industrial)

Experienced in project / change management

Fluent in oral & written English

• （专业技能要求Professional Knowledge/Technical skill）

Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets. Certified Black Belt in multinational company (proof of certification)
